1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cluster Tours & Travels website and any package, service or booking made with Cluster Tours & Travels ("Cluster", "we", "us", "our"). By enquiring, booking, or making a payment towards any trip with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller in your booking party.

2 Booking & Reservations

• A booking is confirmed only once we have received the applicable advance payment and issued a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp)
• The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of all names, ages, contact details and travel document information submitted for every traveller in the group
• Package inclusions, itinerary, hotel category and departure dates are as stated on the specific package page or quotation shared with you at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case any advance received will be refunded in full

3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes as of the date of quotation. Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, or supplier price revisions, except where a booking has already been confirmed with full payment.

• A booking advance is payable at the time of confirmation, as specified in your quotation
• The balance payment is due prior to departure, as per the schedule shared with you — typically 7–15 days before travel depending on the package
• Bookings involving international flights, visas or peak-season hotels may require full or higher advance payment
• Payments can be made via the modes shared by our team; we do not store your card or bank details

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be intimated to us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per the following schedule, calculated from the scheduled departure date:

Non-refundable components such as flight tickets, visa fees, train tickets and certain hotel bookings booked on a non-refundable basis by suppliers are excluded from the above and are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation window. Refunds, where due, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.

5 Changes & Rescheduling

We offer free rescheduling of your travel dates up to 10 days before departure, subject to availability with our suppliers at the new dates. Rescheduling requested within 10 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the cancellation policy above and any supplier-imposed change fees.

6 Travel Documents & Eligibility

• Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport (with the minimum validity required by the destination), visa, and any other travel documents necessary for their trip
• Where we assist with visa processing, approval remains solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate and is not guaranteed by us
• We are not liable for any loss, delay or denial of travel arising from incomplete, invalid or rejected travel documents

7 Traveller Conduct

Travellers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities, guides and staff throughout the trip, and to comply with local laws and supplier house rules (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We reserve the right to remove a traveller from a trip, without refund, where their conduct endangers or seriously disrupts the group or violates supplier policies.

8 Liability & Disclaimers

Cluster Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary/facilitator, coordinating services provided by independent third-party suppliers — hotels, airlines, transport operators, local guides and DMC partners. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations or negligence of any independent supplier
• Loss, damage, injury, illness or death arising from adventure activities, weather conditions, accidents, or events beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of personal belongings during the trip
• Delay, rescheduling or cancellation of flights, trains or other transport by the operating carrier

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and loss of baggage before departure.

9 Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or public health restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, or supplier insolvency. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or supplier-dependent refunds, but cannot guarantee a full refund where costs have already been incurred with third-party suppliers.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, itineraries, logos and design — is the property of Cluster Tours & Travels or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a booking or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
